Be one of the first to pre-order next year's Everyday Q&A calendar!

Hello, brainiacs!

We hope you've been enjoying the 2020 Everyday Q&A calendar. And to those of you who left it in your cubicle back in March without realizing that you'd be working from home for a VERY long time, we feel you, and we hope you're able to get back to normal soon. Or at least that you're able to complete a safe, sanitized covert mission in which you smuggle your calendar out of your empty office.

Anyway! Even though it's only July (only July? Already July? What is time anymore?), we're hard at work on next year's calendar. Your support of last year's Kickstarter has us confident that we'll be able to sell even MORE calendars this year, so we're skipping the crowdfunding this time around, and hosting our pre-orders on Jonathan's Oakes Media Group store.

You can pre-order NOW at TriviaCalendar.net. Just like last year, if you buy more than one, you'll get some great discounts. So don't wait! If you want to guarantee that you get a copy of 2021's Everyday Q&A, hop over there now and put in your order!

And we don't want to say that it's not too early to start thinking about holiday gifts, but... well, aren't we all ready for it to be the end of the year by now?

Incoming!

The calendar's have reached the Fulfillrite warehouse in New Jersey and are now shipping out! I've heard that some folks have gotten shipping notifications already, but don't worry yet if you haven't. You should in the next day or two!

At various points in this process, I worried that we got too late of a start and that there would be unforeseen delays in creation, manufacture, and shipping. But everything really came together as planned, and you'll all have your calendars in plenty of time for 2020!

Thank you again to all our backers and pre-orderers. You made this happen! And we hope you will enjoy all the facts you're about to learn in the new year.

P.S. Today is Jonathan's birthday - make sure to wish him a good one!

No News is Good News!

Heya backers! I know there's been some silence from us recently, but rest assured - that's a good thing! The calendars are all printed, bound, and boxed at this point, and are currently in transit from our manufacturer in China to the USA. This part takes a while, since they're being shipped by boat, but once they reach reach the west coast, they'll be transferred to FedEx and delivered at our fulfillment center in New Jersey. That should happen by the end of the month, at which point, everything will be boxed up and start shipping out to you! You'll receive individual shipping notices with tracking info once your calendar(s) leave the fulfillment center.

Thanks again for backing!

Status Update and a Backerkit Survey Reminder!
over 4 years ago – Mon, Sep 09, 2019 at 07:38:50 AM

Hey folks! I know it's been a while; there has not been much to update you on -- but that's a good thing! Everything is moving along smoothly, its just doing that smooth moving behind-the-scenes, with our manufacturer in China and with Backerkit handling our surveys and pre-orders.

Speaking of Backerkit... please remember to fill out the surveys that have been sent out to you. They are legitimate and are needed for us to confirm where your calendars should be shipped come November. As of right now, there are about 30 people who backed the Kickstarter, but have not yet filled out the survey. If you're not sure if you're one of them (or if you've lost your survey link), feel free to message us through Kickstarter and we can help you.

We also still have about 20 extra calendars left to sell. If you're filling out your survey, you can choose to add one on at that point. Or you can let your friends know that it's not too late to grab a copy (but it will be soon!). Triviacalendar.net now redirects to our pre-order page on Backerkit.

More updates to come. Thanks again for helping us make this happen!

Let's Keep This Party Going!
over 4 years ago – Wed, Aug 14, 2019 at 09:16:42 AM

Hello!

Jonathan and I are back from Trivia Nationals, and we've now received the campaign funds from Kickstarter, so our pace is starting to pick back up again here in calendar-land (certain things could not happen until after all that sweet sweet calendar money made its way to our bank account). What's that mean, exactly?

First off, backer surveys will start going out in the next day or two. These will be emailed to you, coming from Backerkit, so please don't be confused or worried. It's really us! At this point, you'll have the chance to confirm your address, and, if you want, add more funds to order more calendars. Don't know where you'll be living in November? No worries! You can update that info later.

It also means that it's just about time for us to get our files finalized and ready to go to print! This is probably the most nerve-wracking part of the whole thing for me, where I worry that the second I hit "confirm order," I'll notice an obvious typo on page one. (Which is not actually a realistic worry, as it has been meticulously proofread by multiple parties [my husband Matt and Katie Cauley].)

In the meantime, we also have a preorder store open for those that missed out on the Kickstarter! If you know someone that wanted to buy a calendar but missed the campaign window, be sure to send them to http://www.triviacalendar.net, which now redirects to the preorder page.

Thank you!

Katie (and Jonathan)
